We strive to post orders the same day when they’re placed by 6pm, Monday to Friday. Processing times depend on the delivery option you choose at checkout: our Fastest option comes with guaranteed one working day processing, Fast is one to two working days, and Free No-Rush delivery is two to five working days.
Whichever option you choose, your deed poll is individually prepared and checked by our UK-based team before it’s printed and posted.
Once dispatched, orders travel with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on the delivery option you selected. These timeframes are Royal Mail’s estimates and depend on their service, so they aren’t guaranteed arrival dates.
The estimated delivery date shown on the order page factors in both our processing time and Royal Mail’s delivery estimate, so please choose the option best suited to when you need your deed poll.
Yes. Every deed poll order includes free tracked delivery via Royal Mail. Free delivery uses our No-Rush service, which allows two to five working days for processing before dispatch. If you need your deed poll sooner, faster options with quicker processing are available at checkout for a small charge.
Your deed poll is posted in a protective hard-backed A4 envelope so it arrives flat and undamaged, and every order is sent by tracked Royal Mail delivery. This is our standard service on every order, included free, with no minimum order required.
Yes. Once your deed poll has been delivered, you can order additional copies without creating a new order — the details for doing this are provided with your order. Copies cost £7.50 for three (£2.50 each), £10 for five (£2 each) or £15 for ten (£1.50 each), plus tracked delivery chosen at checkout.
We securely store your order details for 24 months, so if you need extra copies for your passport, bank or anything else down the line, they’re only ever a few clicks away.
Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email, quoting your order reference. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do everything we can to help before it’s printed and posted.
Because your deed poll is a personalised legal document prepared specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after ordering.
In the very unlikely event that our team makes a drafting error — that is, a mistake on our side rather than incorrect details entered on the order form — we’ll replace your deed poll at our expense and send the replacement with expedited processing and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.
You can reach us on WhatsApp using the button above, or by email at [email protected]. We aim to respond as quickly as possible within our opening hours; during periods of high order volume, replies may take a little longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience.
Our customer support is available for paid orders only, so unfortunately we’re unable to assist with documents created through our free deed poll generator. That said, our name change FAQs cover signing, witnessing and using your deed poll in detail, and you may well find the answer you need there.
Every order is sent by tracked Royal Mail delivery. Once your order is dispatched you will be send a confirmation with full tracking details for you to follow its journey on the Royal Mail Website.
